Culinary of Sukabumi by Yudi Bahtiar


   Sukabumi is one of the cities in West Java. Sukabumi has a good condition of air, it was fresh and have a wonderful view. This city is comfortable as a stopover to hunt a culinary. Sukabumi has so many unique culture in every aspect such as religious, works of art and especially foods like Priangan's bread, Mochi and Bandros Atta.
   The first culinary of sukabumi that I will explain is Priangan's bread. Existed since colonial era and it was famous until now. It has a soft texture and no preservatives. There is one type of Priangan's bread that is very well- known in Sukabumi, it is called horn bread. Shaped like a horn and stuffed with butter and milk.
   Mochi is a Japanese cake that is now easily found in various countries including Indonesia especially in Sukabumi. Mochi usually filled with a sweet bean paste and covered with sesame seeds. It has a chewy texture and so yummy.
   In Sukabumi, the name Bandros Atta may be familiar. This legendary culinary has become one of the foods that are most hunted by culinary lovers in Sukabumi.  Bandros is a cake made from a mixture of rice flour, grated coconut and coconut milk. Maybe you wanted to know why the name of this food is Atta? The name Bandros Atta itself was taken from the seller at the time, namely Mbah Atta.
   For all of you who want to come to Sukabumi, don't forget to try all the culinary besides what i explained before, suggestions from me if you want to come and taste Bandros Atta, it starts open at 8 P.M and don't just come for only culinary, visit other holiday destinations in Sukabumi.
