Forgetting may be a problem that often occurs by most people in the world. Not only old people can experience forgetfulness, but starting with children, adolescents, and adults, they also cannot escape the word "forget". Do not be surprised if at a young age this can also have forgetfulness. the definition of forgetting is the necessity to ask for or post about things one has previously learned. Forgetting is considered an inability to recognize as well as remembering something that has previously been received or learned. Means forgetting is not a place where there is information and knowledge that is in the human mind. There are many factors that can cause a person to be easily forgotten, ranging from health factors that cause less eating healthy or higher food and the portion of sleep at night, age, according to habits.
Overcoming forgetfulness may be somewhat difficult to cure, but there are a number of solutions to overcome forgetfulness. the first if there are appointments with friends or there may be college assignments from campus immediately write the things to be done in a special note. for example on a small piece of paper that is listed on the wall in the room or recorded on a cellphone and given a special alarm. it's often that simple things that are often forgotten.
Do a healthy lifestyle, for example eating nutritious foods that contain vitamins. because our bodies need adequate intake so they can be consumed by the body so that the brain's performance is smooth. for example eating fruits and foods that contain protein. not just any healthy food should be consumed all there must be rules and there is an appropriate dose for consumption. and also avoid depression, by doing things that are fun and pampering yourself. for example, going shopping and hanging out with friends
Another solution is that we can store important items that we need, for example car keys, houses, lockers or ATM cards, ID cards and SIM cards. can be stored in a special box.
So its a pitty for young age to have forgetfulness , so lets start doing activities like the one above. avoid depression and do a healty lifestyle. Generally, enough rest and multiply exercise in clean and open air to improve memory.
