Problem and Solution Essay || Cooperation in Organization : Coordination Difficulties to do the Work Program By Putri Libria

Organization is a group of people that has a structure include: a chairman,a secretary,a treasurer, and others member from each divison. Cooperate with each other in achieving the same goals. Coordination is the process of harmonizing regularly as well as the process of arranging various interrelated activities of each person in the framework of achieving common goals. Why is Coordination so Important?  In the concept, coordination is the most important thing in an organization to achieve a goal that all the work of each individual must help achieve the goals of the organization. So that all tasks, activities, and jobs are right on the desired target.The point is coordination is aligning or balancing with each other so as not to hamper a job in the organization. There are actually several kinds of factors that make it difficult for members in an organization, coordinate in carrying out a work program among them: the SC did not understand what was to be done and lacked understanding of the job description, Members do not understand what will be done, or it could be from their respective members that it is indeed difficult to be invited to a meeting. Of course, in an organizations has a vision, mission, and goals that must be the basis of a working program then when we are going to run a work program we must hold a meeting to avoid misunderstanding between members and their main tasks and functions.There are three common ways to overcome problems like this, let us consider.

The first solution is by conducting communication between members, not only formal communication in the form of meetings but also in the form of informal communication outside the meeting.  y carrying out activities such as a night of intimacy or holding an agenda to go somewhere with members of the organization, or it could be with small interactions every day. Because if only in meetings the space is limited and will not create chemistry and harmony.

 Second, conducting routine meetings is mandatory at least once a week.  Coordination meetings and internal meetings, discuss all the work programs that will be run spell out clearly and also explain the purpose of the proker itself. How can it be like that?  In addition to bringing members closer together, we held an internal meeting and coordination meeting to unite our thoughts to achieve the goals that the organization wants, one of which is for the work program that we make to be realized.

 Third, do an evaluation after completing the work program and at the meeting.  Evaluation is important because it is a benchmark of how far and how well we have performed the performance of work programs. You need to remember keep in your mind that this evaluation is not a place to drop your friends but to tell our friends who are perceived to be at a less than optimal job, give comments that make them able to improve themselves in the future, not the other way around.

The best solution is make a commitment from the start, and when it is still running there is no responsibility from each individual then give sanctions and sanctions in accordance with the forum agreement.
